From our office in Shreveport, The Mouton Law Firm offers experienced criminal defense representation to clientsEdward Moutonfacing a wide range of criminal charges. The firm is a collaboration between two highly accomplished Louisiana attorneys, each with decades of experience.

F. Edward Mouton received his legal education at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge. He then served as a law clerk to the esteemed J. Minos Simon in Lafayette. He worked for several years as a staff attorney in the Caddo Parish Public Defender's Office before opening his own practice in 1999.

Alan J. Golden also earned his law degree at LSU, Baton Rouge. Alan clerked for a judge early in his legal career. He worked for two years prosecuting cases as an assistant district attorney, then spent the next 22 years as chief counsel for the Caddo Parish Public Defender's Office. It was here that Alan and Edward first worked together.
